John Salomon, Executive Director in the Litigation, Forensic Investigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, spoke at the New York State Society of CPA’s Anti-Fraud conference in New York, New York.

The topics covered included:

• How to effectively prepare for an expert deposition and anticipate the potential thorny questions that might be posed

• Doing your homework before a deposition
• Daubert challenges and how to protect against them

In addition, hints, tips and secrets of expert depositions were discussed.
