Executive Director Ed Ordway and Managing Director Rick Wright conducted a webinar titled: "A Look at Creditor Fraudulent Transfer Challenges Post-TOUSA", hosted by the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. The webinar was held on Tuesday, March 12 from 1pm to 2pm. The panel discussed the basics behind Fraudulent Transfer law and addressed recent significant cases including TOUSA, Lyndondell, Mervyn's, Tribune, Dynergy, and others.
