Executive Directors Michael Dansky and Jack Surdoval will present on two panels at the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors' 29th Annual Conference. The conference will be held from Wednesday, June 5th, to Saturday, June 8th, at The Westin Chicago River North. 

Michael Dansky, Executive Director in the Dispute Resolution, Transaction Advisory and Valuation Practices, will speak on a panel titled: "IP Valuation Issues in Bankruptcy" from 10am to 11am on Friday, June 7th. Discussion topics will include; patents, copyrights, trademarks, customer lists, domain names, and goodwill; valuation techniques; protecting and assigning intellectual property rights in chapter 11; and discussion of cases where the outcomes were dependent on the valuation and sale of intangible assets.

Jack Surdoval, Executive Director in the Restructuring and Transaction Advisory Practice, will speak on a panel titled: "Cross-Border Transactions" from 11am to 12pm on Friday, June 7th. Discussion will include observations and insights into the challenges and opportunities presented in cross-border insolvencies.
