Bruce Bingham, Executive Director and Co-Head of Capstone Valuation Services, presented at the American Business Institute's VALCON 2015: Emerging Valuation Issues in Bankruptcy and Beyond on Wednesday, February 25th at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.

Mr. Bingham presented on the panel titled: "Valuation Adjustment."  The panel explored valuation issues that are most often "adjusted" based on professional judgement, including normalizing EBITDA, methodology weighting, treatment of excess cash, control premiums, minority discounts, liquidity discounts, and contingent assets and liabilities.
