Brian Frizzell, Director in Capstone’s Intellectual Property Services practice, spoke on the panel of the webinar titled: "IP Considerations and the Value Impact for Early-Stage Companies," hosted by the Licensing Executives Society. The webinar took place Wednesday, May 6th. The panelists addressed the role of intellectual property in early-stage/startup companies. They provided their unique perspectives regarding how early-stage investors consider IP protection in evaluating potential investments. The panelists also highlighted several key factors that entrepreneurs should consider with respect to investing in IP protection, and will address industry-specific differences and the factors that drive them.
