Peter Chadwick, Executive Director of Capstone's Restructuring practice, was a moderator for a webinar titled "Challenges for Mid-Tier Government Contractors" hosted by the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors; Executive Director Haywood Miller was among the panelists. This one hour presentation described current conditions within the government contracting industry and the negative impact on mid-tier government contractors. Specific issues that were addressed included dynamics of the mid-tier squeeze, restructuring concerns independent of usual creditor's rights issues, and the impact of a declining business cycle. The webinar took place April 22nd.
