Michael leverages his 20 years of experience in the Litigation Support market and focuses on new business development primarily in the white collar litigation and forensic accounting areas with large multi-national law firms.

Michael was a Business Development Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting where he specialized in Fraud & Forensic Accounting investigations, FCPA matters, Life Sciences/Medical Device/Pharmaceutical compliance, Business Interruption / Insurance Claims litigation and broad dispute resolution / litigation support. He also concentrated on practice development efforts and strategic initiatives in matters related to securities litigation, government enforcement and white-collar crime through interaction with international law firms and general counsel. Mike was with the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice at Ernst & Young prior to Navigant Consulting.

Mr. Malarkey holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
