industry experience	Mr. Chadwick has extensive experience in leading manufacturing restructurings, including renegotiating contracts with OEMs and creditors, effectuating sale transactions, and preparing business plans based upon his manufacturing rationalization studies, operational restructuring plans and global sourcing and distribution analyses. Mr. Chadwick�s has negotiated restructuring plans on behalf of senior secured, junior secured and unsecured creditors and debtors. Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Chadwick had worked as a restructuring advisor at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice at FTI Consulting. Prior to his restructuring experience, Mr. Chadwick was a Business Process Reengineering consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Chadwick was also a financial analyst for The O�Brien Group in connection with the acquisition of multiple telecommunications services providers.
education	Mr. Chadwick holds an MBA in finance from the Olin School of Business at Babson College and a BA from Pennsylvania State University, and is a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor.
