Mr. Cunningham has applied his expertise to retail, manufacturing, chemical, healthcare, food and beverage, consumer product and automotive-related industries. In addition to his expertise in distressed situations, his broad business background and experiences have been instrumental to clients in evaluating debt/equity investments, recapitalizations, mergers and divestiture opportunities.
Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Cunningham was a Senior Managing Director at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting for five years. Prior to joining P&M;, he had extensive financial and operating experience in the healthcare field and was one of the original founders and the Chief Financial Officer of TransCare Corporation, a national medical transportation company. He has also held senior financial management positions at Curaflex Health Services, InfusionCare and Mediplex, a provider of long-term care, head trauma and alcohol/drug abuse centers (subsidiary of Avon Products).
