Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Rohman was a Senior Managing Director at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting for four years, and opened the Firm's West Coast restructuring practice. Previously, he was the Founding Partner of Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance practice in the Pacific Region. He was also a commercial banker with Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust. As a commercial banker, he directed the efforts of creditor groups in the analysis, valuation and formulation of alternative management strategies for troubled companies, and managed DIP and reorganization financing.
