John Esposito is an Executive Director of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC and is based in the New Jersey office. Mr. Esposito's out-of-court restructuring assignments include Mercury Finance, a $1.3 billion sub-prime auto financing company, as well as National Audit Credit and Eagle Finance, two other sub-prime auto lenders; a $1 billion chemical company; various telecom and cable companies; a $400 million women's intimate apparel company; a $300 million fast food franchise; and several textile companies with assets ranging from $300 to $800 million. He has also managed a variety of middle-market matters in various industries.
In the bankruptcy arena, he has worked on Safety Kleen, a $1.5 billion waste management operation; National Equipment Services, a $600 million aerial equipment rental company; PSINet, a $1 billion telecom operation; KPNQwest, an $800 million telecom operation; Imperial Home Décor, a $400 million wallpaper manufacturer; and EMS, a $300 million high-tech industry component manufacturer.
His due diligence projects have included a European trailer leasing company, a micro ticket leasing operation and an auto dealership floor plan provider.

Industry experience includes apparel and textile, chemicals, telecom, information technology services, rental services, consumer finance, video publishing and manufacturing (air conditioners, cosmetics, wall coverings, plumbing fixtures, snack foods, CD and video replication, and high tech components).
Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Esposito was a Senior Managing Director at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting for eight years. He was also with Deloitte's audit practice for eight years and with Anchin Block & Anchin, a regional accounting firm for three years.
